### Profiles Created or Managed by Family Members
A parent, guardian, relative, or authorized representative may create or manage a profile for another person only with that person’s knowledge and permission.
The person creating or managing the profile represents that they are authorized to provide the information submitted and to communicate with Ideal Jodi regarding the profile.

Blocking and reporting information is primarily used for safety, fraud prevention, member protection, and excluding unwanted interactions. We do not use a single block or report by itself to conclude that a member dislikes an entire religion, caste, community, ethnicity, or other sensitive group.
### Learned and Inferred Preference Information
With appropriate notice and consent where required, we may generate learned or inferred preferences from your permitted activity.
These inferred preferences may include patterns relating to:
* Preferred age range
* Preferred height range
* Location
* Education
* Occupation
* Language
* Marital status
* Lifestyle or profile characteristics
* Other matchmaking attributes
Religion, caste, community, health information, and other sensitive characteristics will be used as matchmaking preferences primarily when you expressly provide or select them. Ideal Jodi will not intentionally infer or strengthen a sensitive preference solely because you blocked, reported, rejected, or skipped a particular member.
## 2. AI-Assisted Matching and Behavioral Personalization
Ideal Jodi may use automated, algorithmic, and AI-assisted systems to identify, score, rank, filter, and recommend potential matrimonial matches.
These systems may consider:
* Information in your profile
* Your expressly selected partner preferences
* The other member’s profile information
* The other member’s expressly selected preferences
* Whether each person satisfies the other person’s stated preferences
* Permitted interaction and activity information
* Learned preferences generated from permitted activity
* Account eligibility, verification, safety, and blocking information
The system may calculate compatibility or match scores in both directions:
* How closely a candidate matches your preferences
* How closely you match the candidate’s preferences
These results may be combined into a mutual match score or percentage and used to rank profiles.
“AI-selected matches,” “Best Matches Today,” compatibility percentages, match scores, and similar recommendations are automated estimates based on available information and system-defined factors. They are not professional assessments, scientific predictions, character evaluations, or guarantees of compatibility, honesty, relationship success, engagement, or marriage.
The factors, weightings, minimum thresholds, ranking methods, and number of recommendations may change as we test, maintain, and improve the Services.
Some recommendations may be calculated in advance and stored temporarily so that results load more quickly. If prepared recommendations are unavailable, the system may calculate recommendations when requested.
## 3. Member Controls for AI Personalization
Where available or required by law, members may:
* Update their stated partner preferences
* Turn behavioral personalization on or off
* Continue receiving matches based only on expressly selected preferences
* Request correction of inaccurate learned preferences
* Reset or delete learned preferences
* Request access to information associated with their account
* Object to or request restriction of certain automated processing
* Request human review where required by applicable law
Disabling behavioral personalization will not necessarily disable all matchmaking. Ideal Jodi may continue using your profile and expressly selected partner preferences to provide basic or mutual matching services.

Match caches and prepared daily recommendations may be retained for a limited operational period and replaced as new recommendations are generated.
Activity logs and learned preferences may be retained while an account is active and while reasonably necessary to provide personalized matchmaking. When a valid reset, deletion, or withdrawal request is completed, learned preferences will be deleted, de-identified, or excluded from future personalization, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup requirements.
Verification documents are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, or other lawful purposes. When no longer required, they will be securely deleted or anonymized.
We may retain limited records after account deletion when required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, document consent, process financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect legal rights.

Ideal Jodi’s matchmaking systems help organize and recommend profiles. They do not make binding decisions about whether you may communicate, meet, form a relationship, become engaged, or marry another member.
Where required by applicable law, you may request information about the general factors used in automated processing and may request human review of a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect.
Safety restrictions, fraud decisions, verification decisions, and account suspensions may involve automated signals and human review.
## 15. Fairness and Testing
We may review and test our matchmaking systems for accuracy, reliability, misuse, security, and potentially unfair outcomes.
We seek to reduce inaccurate assumptions, discriminatory effects, and feedback loops. We may adjust or discontinue factors that produce unreliable, inappropriate, unlawful, or unfair outcomes.
Match visibility may also be affected by member-selected criteria, mutual preferences, location, verification status, account activity, blocking, membership features, safety rules, and the availability of eligible profiles.
## 16. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen years old or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we learn that personal information was collected from an underage person, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information and terminate or restrict the associated account.
## 17. Member Privacy
Members must respect the privacy of other members.
You may not:
* Copy another member’s profile without authorization
* Share another member’s photographs or information without permission

Violations may result in suspension, permanent termination, removal from community services, and legal action.

We are not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, content, or policies of third-party services. You should review their privacy policies before using them.

Our mobile applications may request access to:

* Notifications
* Contacts, only if you choose to grant access
